General Terms

By purchasing a license from us, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. All transactions are covered by warranty and technical support according to company policy.

Service Stability

We sell licenses at a price that reflects the inability to guarantee 100% stability.
Customers must agree to the potential instability from the outset.
If you encounter problems or are kicked out, report to us, and we will fix or reassign the license.
The frequency of issues cannot be predicted. Some customers may experience stability for 2 years, 6 months, or 3 months. In some cases, some may encounter issues every 1-2 weeks, but after being reinvited, stability can last longer randomly.

Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty for each license purchase.
This warranty covers repairs or replacements if there are significant issues.

Purchase Agreement

By making a purchase, you are deemed to agree with all the terms listed in these terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions determined by the company.
The maximum time to apply for a refund is 1 month after purchase, after which we do not accept refunds. We can exchange the license with other software that has the same price/value.

Liability Limitation

We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the use of the license not in accordance with the stipulated terms.
